Being a teacher is an extremely complicated and at the same time vital profession, for which, one has to gain and obtain loads of information and skills. Undoubtedly, the elementary level is probably the most essential for the kids, therefore, all the teachers that do their teaching at this particular level have to be experienced and professional enough to be able to make a good beginning for the students. Otherwise, the base, the key stone in the structure of education will be lost and this can ruin the kids abilities in the future.  Therefore, why is it so important to reflect for a teacher?  Why is it indespensable to revise what you have done? It implies collecting information about our work, interpreting the information and making judgments about which actions we should take to improve practice” (Being a Reflective Teacher).   Whatever the process is used for self-evaluation, the most important thing is to use the outcomes of this evaluation for better learning, teaching, and, therefore, brings improvement to the students by them seeing your own enhancement and will to work more.  It is crucial to do several things: to find your strengths, and then celebrate, and point out those areas; build absolutely new areas of strength; in your work it is important to identify the areas of improvement to boost your energy; stating what exact techniques is suitable for you is a key to gaining professional success; make changes in your lessons and do everything to get their attention.
